Dr. Enas Khalil and Student Diana Abu Samra Honored at the Ambassadors for Peace, Tolerance, and Sustainable Development Conference in Dubai

The Ambassadors of Peace, Tolerance, and Sustainable Development Conference, held in Dubai with the participation of prominent figures from 18 countries worldwide, witnessed the honoring of Dr. Enas Khalil Ibrahim, a faculty member in the College of Arts, in recognition of her outstanding contributions to social and volunteer work.
During the conference, Dr. Enas emphasized the importance of promoting a culture of volunteerism among youth and the role of such activities in building a society based on cooperation and social responsibility. She also highlighted the most notable student volunteer experiences and how they contribute to achieving sustainable development goals and promoting the values of tolerance.
Additionally, student Diana Abu Samra, from the College of Business Administration and President of the Awn Volunteer Team, was honored for her exceptional leadership efforts in guiding the team. She has contributed to the implementation of numerous community initiatives aimed at fostering teamwork and serving society. Diana has played a pivotal role in encouraging her peers to engage in volunteer activities and participate in community service.
