My research in pediatric nursing focuses on improving health outcomes for children through evidence-based care practices. I am interested in exploring ways to enhance pain management, disease prevention, and family-centered care in pediatric settings. By understanding children’s unique needs, my goal is to contribute to safer and more effective nursing interventions that support their overall growth and well-being., In the field of neonatal nursing, my research aims to advance the care and support provided to newborns, particularly those in critical or intensive care environments. I am dedicated to studying best practices in monitoring, treatment, and developmental support for neonates. This includes investigating how early interventions can improve survival rates and long-term health outcomes for this vulnerable population., My interest in undergraduate nursing education centers on developing teaching methods that enhance students’ clinical skills, critical thinking, and professional confidence. I explore innovative approaches to curriculum design, simulation-based learning, and mentorship programs that prepare students to meet the demands of modern healthcare. Supporting students in their academic journey is fundamental to shaping competent and compassionate future nurses., Broadly in nursing research, I am committed to advancing the knowledge base that informs clinical practice, education, and health policy. I focus on interdisciplinary studies that address current challenges in healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. By engaging in rigorous research, I aim to contribute to the evidence that underpins effective nursing interventions and promotes high standards in the profession., My research interest also extends to critical care and mental health nursing, where I investigate strategies to improve patient management and psychological support. I am particularly concerned with how stress, trauma, and mental health conditions affect patients in critical care settings, as well as the well-being of nurses themselves. Enhancing mental health care and resilience in nursing is essential to fostering holistic patient care and sustainable nursing practice.
