Dr. Alsharif is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and former Head of the Family Sciences Department at the University of Fujairah, with over ten years of academic experience in Palestine and the UAE. His research, published in leading Scopus-indexed journals such as Acta Psychologica and Information Sciences Letters, focuses on psychological immunity, behavioral disorders, family violence, and advanced psychometric tool development supporting evidence-based interventions. He has extensive expertise in curriculum design, program accreditation, learning outcomes assessment, and program effectiveness reporting, and is a skilled trainer in psychometrics, APA-6 validity standards, and outcome-based education, significantly contributing to academic excellence and community well-being.
