Curriculum initiatives have focused on integrating evidence-based strategies and modern pedagogies to serve diverse student populations while aligning with current healthcare standards. Clinical supervision efforts have facilitated students’ safe and ethical application of theoretical knowledge in practical settings. Simulation laboratories were managed to facilitate experiential learning, with faculty trained in the effective implementation of simulation-based instructional techniques. Active involvement in academic committees has further supported interdisciplinary collaboration, academic advising and counselling, strategic planning, and the pursuit of institutional excellence.
