2021, As a founding member of the College of Health Sciences at the University of Fujairah, my contributions have centered around academic leadership, course development, and quality enhancement. The development and implementation of innovative, internationally aligned courses have supported the evolving needs of the healthcare sector, ensuring content that is engaging, relevant, and conducive to student learning. In the role of Quality Officer, faculty development workshops were conducted to promote effective teaching, assessment, and documentation practices. Internal audits of course files were led to support continuous quality improvement and academic effectiveness. Curriculum initiatives have focused on integrating evidence-based strategies and modern pedagogies to serve diverse student populations while aligning with current healthcare standards. Clinical supervision efforts have facilitated students’ safe and ethical application of theoretical knowledge in practical settings. Simulation laboratories were managed to facilitate experiential learning, with faculty trained in the effective implementation of simulation-based instructional techniques. Active involvement in academic committees has further supported interdisciplinary collaboration, academic advising and counselling, strategic planning, and the pursuit of institutional excellence.Lecturer, Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia - King Saud Bin Abdul Aziz University of Health Sciences National Guard HealthAffairs Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
