As part of its commitment to fostering student activities that enhance social and leadership skills and contribute to personal development, the University of Fujairah organized a visit for its sociology master's students to the Kalba branch of the Sharjah Ladies Club on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Dr. Rami Al-Jabour supervised the visit, which aimed to familiarize students with the range of services provided to Emirati women at the club.
During the visit, Dr. Rami Al-Jabour delivered an engaging awareness lecture titled "Women's Empowerment and Their Active Role in Society." The session highlighted the pivotal role of women as essential partners in societal development and emphasized their significant contributions across various fields and sectors. Dr. Al-Jabour also outlined key strategies and measures to empower women and enhance their participation in all areas of society.
This initiative, spearheaded by the College of Humanities and Sciences, underscores the university’s dedication to strengthening collaboration with local institutions and fostering the exchange of expertise and knowledge.
