A number of students from the College of Communication joined the trainee team at Radio 92.6 FM Fujairah

Dr. Robin Kabha and Dr. Ahmed Mustafa Kamel from the College of Communication at the University of Fujairah met with media personality Ali Haytham Harbawi and several presenters and producers at Fujairah 92.6 FM radio station. During this meeting, they reviewed the training program that students from the College of Communication undergo at the radio station, highlighting the opportunities for them to acquire exceptional media skills in areas such as planning, program preparation, presentation, and public relations.

The faculty members expressed their appreciation to Fujairah Radio and the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority for the outstanding training opportunities provided to students in various affiliated media institutions, which offer diverse experiences, modern facilities, and a safe training environment. They also discussed how the college benefits from these training opportunities and meetings with industry professionals, leveraging their expertise to enhance the academic program. After assessing the information and skills possessed by the College of Communication students, they acknowledged the valuable contributions of the radio station and the college’s management, represented by Dr. Ghassan Al Qaimari, the university’s Chancellor, and Dr. Mohammed Fayadh, the dean of the College of Communication, as well as the radio station’s team, for providing excellent training opportunities in distinguished media institutions affiliated with the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority.
